I define scope, plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change processes for IT projects. I keep stakeholders aligned through regular updates, expectation management, accurate documentation, and post-mortems that inform future work.
I also lead client relationships, identify business needs, promote services through POCs and demos, monitor contractual and budget commitments, and mentor junior Project Managers. As a PM Auditor, I assess whether production projects follow project-management best practices.
