What I'm looking for

I’m focused on originating and structuring complex commercial real estate financing, building sponsor and investor relationships, and delivering thoughtful capital solutions across Southern California.

At PACE Equity, I built the firm’s Southern California origination presence from the ground up, financing development, retrofit, TI, value-add, and recapitalization projects. I structure integrated capital solutions alongside senior construction debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity.

I bring 20+ years in banking and relationship management, including CRE origination, credit structuring, pricing, and portfolio oversight. At Comerica Bank, I grew a $595M portfolio by 22% and added five net-new client relationships.

I’ve managed complex UHNW, family office, and CRE investor relationships at Bank of the West, J.P. Morgan Chase, Citi Private Bank, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. My work spans acquisition, refinance, bridge, construction, permanent lending, cross-border credit, and wealth-oriented lending solutions.

I work closely with sponsors, developers, brokers, credit teams, and lender partners from initial conversation through closing. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and bring a deep Southern California and Latin American investor network.
