I’m an accomplished commercial real estate finance director with over a decade of experience across top-tier lending institutions and debt brokerages. I originate, structure, and close complex CRE transactions spanning multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets.

I’m expert in credit analysis and risk assessment, and I navigate diverse capital markets including Agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD), balance sheet, bridge, and CMBS. I build strategic institutional relationships and manage the full loan lifecycle—from origination through underwriting and closing.

At Lument, I originate and structure CRE debt solutions using Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and balance sheet/bridge lending platforms. I oversee preliminary underwriting by analyzing T-12s, rent rolls, market data, and borrower credit profiles, then collaborate with credit risk and underwriting teams to drive timely execution.

Previously, as a Vice President at Walker & Dunlop, I structured and placed complex capital stacks (senior debt, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity) and produced comprehensive loan proposal packages for institutional lenders. Earlier, as a Commercial Loan Originator, I sourced and negotiated commercial mortgages, analyzed NOI/DSCR/cap rates, and served as the primary liaison through the entire loan cycle, supported by my licensed real estate experience.
