At Greenstone Equity Partners, I lead Partner Services operations for senior Relationship Managers and global fund managers across GCC, APAC, and international markets. I deliver more than 100 international roadshows annually, overseeing travel, visas, accommodation, budgets, supplier partnerships, and executive-level logistics.

I've built structured SOPs, approval workflows, travel policies, and operational controls while managing 40 corporate supplier and hotel partnerships. I work with IT, HR, Finance, leadership, and external partners to automate workflows, apply AI to repetitive tasks, improve data visibility, and maintain a 99% stakeholder satisfaction rate.

Previously, I spent more than nine years with Arabian Adventures at dnata | Emirates Group and six years at Constance Lemuria Resort in Seychelles, delivering premium travel, reservations, guest relations, financial administration, and VIP service for international clients.
