What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or advise hospitality and short-term-rental businesses where I can strengthen operations, optimize revenue and digital distribution, build scalable teams, and create guest experiences that improve profitability and brand value.

I've led hotel and short-term-rental operations across Medellín, Bogotá, Cartagena, and Jericó, turning properties into profitable, memorable hospitality brands.

As General Manager at RYR Grupo Inmobiliario e Inversiones, I directed property and investment-portfolio operations, led commercial, operations, and customer-service teams, and implemented Revenue Management strategies across Airbnb and Booking.com to support scalability and asset cash flow.

At Hotel Villa Palosanto, I pioneered a rental-arbitrage hotel model, managed the business commercially and operationally, built operating manuals, and positioned the hotel through digital and traditional distribution channels.

I've also advised tourism companies on OTA optimization, dynamic pricing, business diagnostics, digital visibility, and service excellence, while training entrepreneurs and emerging leaders in hospitality, leadership, and digital-era business models.
