At Banca del Sempione SA, I manage recruitment from job postings and application screening through interviews, as well as onboarding and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
I prepare employment contracts, maintain confidential employee records, and manage attendance and leave through Progel while supporting payroll administration. I also coordinate performance reviews and training administration in a regulated banking environment.
Earlier, I translated English content into Italian for the Festival of Ethical Photography and created and updated website pages. I hold a Master of Science in Management from USI – Università della Svizzera Italiana, with a minor in Organization and Human Resources Management.
