At Kering, I lead HR and payroll operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, supporting multiple luxury brands.
I manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, Workday data, and offboarding. I also oversee monthly payroll with external providers, reviewing adjustments and discrepancies and ensuring compliance with local requirements.
At H24 SA, I managed office operations and administration in Switzerland, including HR administration, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and visa and work permit applications.
Earlier, at TRASTEEL INTERNATIONAL SA, I supported senior traders with international steel transactions and worked closely with HR on employee administration and international relocations to and from Switzerland. I hold a BSc in Economics and completed Suisse UP’s HR Assistant Course, covering Swiss Employment Law, payroll, and HR processes.
