I've delivered digital transformation programs across all Indian states and international sites in APAC, including trainer onboarding, competency tracking, and on-ground delivery logistics, while building real-time reporting dashboards from scratch.
I also coordinated a Google-funded pan-India network of 100+ partner organisations across nonprofits, newsrooms, and fact-checking bodies through the 2024 Indian elections, aligning priorities to produce 6,600+ outputs in 10+ languages.
