What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic and operational HR in an international, multicultural environment where I can strengthen people processes, partner with leadership, develop teams, and deliver compliant employee-focused operations.

I've delivered strategic and operational HR support for the United Nations Kuwait Joint Support Office, managing the employee lifecycle for diverse international workforces and advising leaders on sensitive people matters.

At ROF Group, I established and led the HR department from the ground up, mentoring a five-person team while leading employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning.

My experience spans Alshaya Group, Gastronomica, Royal Thimphu College, and Taj Tashi, supporting large-scale retail, hospitality, and corporate operations. I bring 20+ years of international HR experience, CIPD Level 5 qualification, and hands-on SAP/UMOJA expertise.
