What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service role where I can support customers in a fast-paced BPO, own account resolutions and financial transactions, and grow as a Subject Matter Expert or team lead.

I’m a customer service professional with extensive experience in the BPO industry, specializing in customer support, financial transactions, e-commerce assistance, and credit card services. I’m known for handling customer inquiries, resolving account-related concerns, and delivering excellent service in fast-paced environments.

In my last BPO role as a Customer Support Specialist / Subject Matter Expert / Team Lead (Ubiquity Philippines), I assisted customers with transferring funds between accounts affiliated with NETSPEND while ensuring transaction accuracy and compliance. I reviewed and analyzed customer account statements to provide detailed support and efficient issue resolution.

I also verified direct deposits, payroll transactions, and government benefits for accurate account posting, and I used financial software and tools to manage customer accounts and transactions. As a Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead, I provided support, coaching, and guidance to my team to strengthen performance and consistency.

Previously at Teleperformance, I supported customers with online shopping concerns for KOHLS, processed credit card payments, explained billing statements, and evaluated requests for credit limit increases. I maintain a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and compliance, and I bring the same teaching and structure mindset from my math instructor and teacher experience.
