I am seeking customer-facing roles in call centres, sales, or administrative teams that value reliability, professional communication, skill development, and opportunities for career growth.

I am a detail-oriented Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) student with hands-on front-desk and customer-facing experience in a fast-paced hospital environment. I consistently delivered professional phone and in-person support, managed appointments and patient records, and demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and hospital management systems.

I bring strong communication, time-management, and technical aptitude, plus a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. I am eager to apply my customer service and sales-focused strengths in a call centre, sales, or administrative role while continuing to grow professionally.
