I am an organised customer support professional completing a Bachelors of Public Health (Hons) in 2025, with practical training in communication skills. I excel at responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear documentation.

During internships at Germanten Hospitals and ABC Services, I screened and routed calls, managed customer correspondence, coordinated travel and schedules, and processed invoices and purchase orders. These roles sharpened my verbal communication and administrative abilities.

I have held leadership roles as captain of the girls' basketball team and president of my college student council, and I organised an internship festival. I won first prize in an inter-college debate and attended a seminar on customer relationship management.
