What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SRE/observability role where I can improve monitoring quality, reduce alert noise, and support incident response in AWS environments. I want to build secure, reliable systems with strong ownership and continuous learning.

I’m an Operations Analyst Intern supporting the SRE team, focused on observability and reliability in distributed cloud environments. I built and maintained Datadog dashboards and reduced alert noise by ~35% by refining alerting thresholds and using APM tracing rules.

I configure end-to-end observability pipelines (APM tracing, log aggregation, alerting, and service validation) across AWS, set up Prometheus metrics scraping with Grafana dashboards, and strengthen network security by using Tailscale/Windscale to eliminate public port exposure. I also enjoy building with practical depth—documenting SLOs and creating alerting runbooks—while delivering faster incident resolution and improved service uptime.
