I’m a 2026 Computer Science graduate with 6 months of hands-on Cloud Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience at NextCX.ai. I delivered 25% faster Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR), 30% lower downtime, and 99.9% Service Level Agreement (SLA) uptime by implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes on Azure and AWS, ArgoCD GitOps, and Prometheus/Grafana observability.
