I’m a Cloud Ops Engineer operating and supporting AWS-based cloud platforms with a strong focus on monitoring, reliability, and automation. I help keep systems highly available and secure by using observability and proactive alerting across cloud and application health.

In my current role as an IT Operations Engineer, I investigate and resolve production incidents through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA). I manage incidents and service requests in Jira with SLA-based incident handling, and I enforce secure access controls using AWS IAM, Active Directory, and DUO Multi-Factor Authentication.

I also build operational foundations with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and support cloud-native operations using Kubernetes-based environments in mind. Beyond operations, I’ve contributed as a Software Engineer to a Student-LinkedIn web application using React.js, and I’ve delivered hands-on monitoring projects like Datadog–AWS infrastructure and application monitoring.
