I managed a $6.5M+ portfolio and coordinated teams of up to 15 across engineering, sales, support, customers, and external vendors. I keep scope, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and technical and business stakeholders aligned.
I've delivered repeatable IPTV deployment across 95 ships, managed a $125K IPTV and payment-system integration in Somalia, and coordinated Axinom DRM and Google Widevine integration. Most recently, I supported technology procurement at Social Discovery Group.
