I drive multiple teams delivering ITIL-based resolutions for incidents, problems, requests, bug fixes & CRs within SLAs, while maintaining SoW updates, SOPs, and QRGs under a DevOps model.
Earlier, as an Application Specialist - L2 at Schlumberger, I led complete ownership of the E-logistics application (TMS – Transportation Management System) and took on a Scrum Master role for change and demand management to achieve sprint goals. I supported cutover/migration from Legacy to OTM SaaS (Cloud), introduced AI self-support via a chatbot, built automated reports in ColdFusion, and handled UATs, onboarding, and end-user training for global users.
