What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead service, plan events, and consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences. I want a team that values organization, accountability, and growth—so I can face upcoming challenges and build a perfect career path.

I’m a Head Waiter focused on planning events, coordinating logistics, and creating a strong guest experience from arrival to checkout. My objective is to provide the best of services with a great spirit while tackling every challenge with consistency and professionalism.

In high-volume, guest-driven environments, I take orders, serve drinks, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction—often supporting environments with up to 800 guests/day. I drive revenue through up-selling and cross-selling menu drinks and products, while keeping service smooth and responsive.

I also lead teams by training staff to ensure efficient service. I prepare weekly schedules that keep waiters punctual and support day-to-day operations with clear coordination and strong attention to detail.

Alongside service, I take ownership of food safety and standards by following health code requirements and handling receipts, refunds, change, stamps, and coupons accurately. I’m also proud of my volunteering work supporting food drives, cleanups, and community education on healthy habits and disease prevention.
