At Nextiva, I shipped RELAY, a central AI workspace integrating LLMs with internal APIs via MCP. It eliminated more than $1.2 million a year in per-seat Claude and ChatGPT licensing for 2,000+ employees.
I also built three production agent workflows that automate 7,900+ hours of work per month, and a RAG assistant that cut manual reference lookups by 98%. I created an evaluation harness to measure AI quality and catch regressions across retrieval, prompts, and backend systems.
