What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my product operations, stakeholder coordination, and full-stack development training to building and improving customer-focused digital products.

At AmeriaBank, I coordinate across functions to support the development, testing, and launch of new product features. I connect stakeholders with product teams, gather user feedback, clarify requirements, and help resolve release issues.

My banking experience at HSBC Bank Armenia and Converse Bank strengthened my accuracy, risk awareness, customer communication, and ability to translate customer needs into actionable steps. I’ve handled end-to-end banking operations, assessed financial profiles, and worked with multiple departments to resolve issues.

I’m also building software development skills through full-stack .NET training at Microsoft Innovation Center and JavaScript training at Picsart Academy. My hands-on learning includes C#, .NET, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, SQL, MongoDB, authentication, Git, and Azure fundamentals.
