I’m a digital marketing coordinator who leads growth work with a strong, hands-on approach to customer engagement and measurable performance. I’m a “change driver,” focused on turnaround thinking through best practices, cost efficiency, and consistently improving customer outcomes.

As a Marketing and Sales executive at Smart pack system (June 2023–present), I track conversion rate, traffic, conversion funnels, and retention to find growth opportunities. I also saved “13 hour seach week of manual reporting” and improved customer sentiment, reaching “89% positive reviews” by acting on product feedback from customer interactions.

I create and analyze Facebook ads and build reporting that supports decision-making. I recognize market trends and customer needs for B2B selling, and I’ve executed “overall social media strategy” by deeply understanding the target audience.

Earlier, I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Varsun Technology Pvt Ltd (May 2021–June 2022), where I analyzed and tested software applications for quality and reliability. I performed manual and automated tests (including Selenium WebDriver), developed regression/system test cases, collaborated with developers to fix defects, and drove process improvements to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
