In my role, I’ve delivered an LLM-based Vendor Form RAG pipeline with case routing, reranking, and entity-driven field resolution, orchestrating dual agents for form filling and Box AI document retrieval. I also led the architecture of an HR Early Warning System using React, Node.js, Snowflake, and Redis to deliver manager-facing risk dashboards with ~300ms query latency.

I enjoy designing end-to-end systems—from CRM-triggered AI workflows using Azure OpenAI + LangChain (with intent analysis and safer escalation handling) to internal RPA template tooling that improved CI/CD and cut container size by 75%. My projects—like PixelPrompt (AI image editing) and DSA & DEV (a scaled community platform)—reflect the same mindset: ship fast, keep it robust, and optimize for real-world impact.
