I’m a Member of Technical Staff - Applied AI, focused on shipping real-world automation using LLM APIs, event-driven architecture, and serverless systems. I built and deployed the OLA Metrics Snap-in an AWS Lambda-based SLA compliance engine, replacing manual processes for fast, consistent decisioning.
I’ve engineered end-to-end workflows from scratch—like a bi-directional approval and decision workflow using an event-driven state machine with real-time sync across Slack, Email, and platform events. I also built an order-management agent that autonomously resolves 80% of incoming support queries, reducing human triage on routine requests.
Beyond automation, I design platform extensions and integrations with measurable customer impact: 100+ configurable dashboard widgets, third-party integrations, and a conversational Partner Portal Management agent with an LLM-powered natural language interface. My ethos is practical AI engineering—clean schemas, reliable APIs, and automation that customers can trust.
