I am a first-year student at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, with hands-on experience in hospitality, sales and event management. I bring strong communication skills, active listening and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
My background includes roles as waiter, supervisor, event manager and online store manager, where I organized events, coordinated teams and managed sales and promotions. I have experience liaising with marketing teams and senior management to promote events and offerings.
I have a disciplined, professional attitude and a track record of resolving customer issues on the spot, negotiating with clients and sponsors, and achieving goals within tight deadlines. I use data analysis to inform actions that increase online sales and improve service delivery.
