What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote construction estimator or quantity surveyor role where I can deliver precise takeoffs, BOQs, and cost monitoring for international teams. I’m ready to support bids, quotations, and progress billing with strong estimating tools and clear documentation.

I’m a licensed civil engineer with hands-on experience in construction cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and project cost monitoring. I support bidding processes, prepare BOQs, and help management track cost performance from drawings to progress billing.

In my recent roles, I’ve estimated reinforced concrete, earthworks, façade systems, and interior finishes using construction drawings and digital takeoff tools. I produce Excel-based cost breakdowns, quantity worksheets, and plan-based estimates, including material takeoffs from PDF plans.

I’ve also worked with reinforcement steel cutting list preparation and construction documentation, including verifying as-built structural quantities to support progress billing. I’m comfortable reviewing engineering drawings from design consultants and integrating updates into execution plans.
