I’m looking for a role where I can lead quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project coordination—delivering quality, value engineering, and cost-efficient execution in fast-paced environments.

I’m a licensed Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and construction coordination for residential and commercial projects.

I support fast-paced delivery by preparing conceptual estimates and material takeoffs, reviewing and quantifying 100+ drawing sheets, and producing BOQ summaries and scope reviews using Bluebeam and Excel.

I’ve coordinated multidisciplinary teams, worked across CSI divisions and multiple trades, and contributed to quality, cost-efficient execution in both site-based and remote estimator roles. I also design and estimate using SketchUp and Enscape for client-ready 3D visualizations.
