I am a licensed civil engineer with more than five years of hands-on experience in construction estimation, quantity surveying, and site management across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the Philippines, Australia, and in the US. I specialize in take-offs, BOQ preparation, bid proposal support, and coordinating RFIs/RFQs.
