I’m an experienced civil engineer with a strong dedication to learning and skill development in engineering and construction. I’m eager to take on new tasks and consistently work toward company objectives through careful, detail-driven execution.

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, I execute highly detailed take-offs using PlanSwift to ensure precise material estimations. I also perform cost re-allocation within budget, coordinate with design teams via formal Request for Approvals, and manage purchase requisitions to support on-time material delivery during construction.

Previously, as a Quantity Surveyor for Civil, Structural, and Architectural projects, I measured structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates. I gathered data on materials, labor, and equipment, conducted site visits to validate project conditions, and utilized cost-estimating software to streamline estimating while producing accurate, reliable outputs.

In an earlier Project Engineer role, I monitored installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. I helped determine and schedule priorities, reviewed contractor proposals for on-time and budget-friendly completion, and completed tasks while maintaining safe working conditions and meeting deadlines.
