Vanessa Queiroz

I am a Project Manager, PMO and Scrum Master with 15+ years of experience across the full delivery spectrum, from structured PMO governance to Agile transformation and cross-functional team leadership.

My career started as a Systems Analyst at Accenture, where I built a strong technical foundation working across the full SDLC. I then moved into PMO roles, managing large SAP implementations for major clients including Petrobras and Banco do Nordeste, where I was responsible for risk management, change request control, quality gates and executive reporting.

From PMO I transitioned into Scrum Master and Agile delivery roles. At Capgemini I led Agile adoption across multiple projects. At Luxoft I worked as Senior Scrum Master for Dentsply Sirona, coaching two teams of German engineers in a distributed environment. Most recently at Sovos, a US-based tax compliance company, I acted as Senior Agile Leader across multiple teams delivering an AI-driven analytics platform built on Snowflake.

I am currently working as PMO for Viessmann, a global German enterprise, in a fully remote capacity.

I hold PMP®, CSM® and SAFe® POPM certifications and I am experienced working with distributed, multicultural teams across Europe and Latin America.

I am passionate about delivery predictability, stakeholder transparency and continuous improvement. I am actively looking for remote opportunities worldwide and I am also open to relocation to the United States for the right opportunity.
