At University College Birmingham, I provide 1:1 psychological and practical support for students aged 16+ experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ concerns and sexual abuse. I deliver in-person and remote counselling, complete psychosocial assessments, develop safety plans, and work with GPs, NHS services and crisis teams.
I've also supported students at Birmingham City University and vulnerable adults and families through HAYS. My integrative practice draws on Gestalt and psychodynamic approaches, using CBT-informed tools, psychoeducation and practical coping strategies to help clients move towards meaningful change.
