I am an accredited Integrative Psychotherapist (BACP) committed to helping clients embrace change, promote psychological wellbeing, and reach their full potential. Since qualifying over 14 years ago, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, adapting my approach across different ages and community settings.
In my current role at The Priory (Park Clinic), I provide 1:1 integrative psychotherapy in a hybrid setting for adults. I participate in RCM meetings, record and report clinical risks and safeguarding concerns, and attend regular monthly supervision to support careful, ethical decision-making.
I also run Diverse Therapy, where I provide monthly supervision to supervisees and support their client work. Alongside this, I provide mental health, counselling, and supervision support through Randstad Student Support, supporting both university students and the mental health wellbeing team.
My clinical background also includes setting up therapeutic services within primary and secondary schools, running support groups and workshops for teaching staff, and delivering telephone and face-to-face counselling. I combine person-centred/humanistic work with CBT tools for cognitive restructuring and psychodynamic work linking past experiences to the present, and I continue my professional development through supervision training using the seven eyed model—so I can offer reflective, relational support grounded in BACP ethics.
