I'm currently managing an independent adult caseload at Coventry Cyrenians, delivering short- and long-term integrative psychotherapy for complex presentations including trauma, addiction, self-harm, suicidality, psychosis, and neurodiversity. I contribute psychological insight to multidisciplinary care, developed a pre-counselling stabilisation programme, and strengthen pathways with external support services.
I've also supported adolescents in a PICU setting and in education, providing crisis intervention, de-escalation, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed relational support. My work is grounded in integrative practice across community, inpatient, educational, remote, and international settings.
