I deliver one-to-one integrative counselling and wellbeing support across school, community, remote, and trauma-informed settings.

At Hollywood Primary School, I designed and launched a community wellbeing pilot to improve emotional wellbeing support for parents, carers, and staff. I manage its day-to-day delivery, referral pathways, assessment processes, safeguarding boundaries, and outcome monitoring.

Through placements at Sandycroft Centre and St. Martin’s Counselling Centre, I support clients experiencing anxiety, low mood, fear, relationship concerns, mental health challenges, and life transitions. I create safe, empathetic therapeutic relationships using person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT-informed, mindfulness, and psychoeducational approaches.

Alongside counselling, I facilitate meditation classes, mindfulness sessions, and coaching through Holistical Healing. My people-focused background includes HR administration and healthcare, and I bring over 15 years of experience in confidential records, ethical practice, safeguarding, and compassionate support.
