I am a security operations specialist with multi-year experience at a large technology campus, working in security operations from June 2017 to September 2023 and supporting site safety and visitor management. I combine disciplined safety practices with strong client-facing skills.

I scheduled and coordinated appointments across multiple sites, managed front desk check-ins and clearances, documented incidents and daily operations, and maintained detailed inventory and tracking logs. I regularly performed traffic and crowd control, radio communication, de-escalation, and first-aid response.

Earlier roles include courthouse screening, convention security, outreach and community-facing positions, and a Global Service Desk internship where I provisioned devices with Casper, managed ticket queues, and supported new-hire setups. I completed Year Up / Foothill College coursework in Business Communications and Network Support System training.
