I am seeking a security or customer-facing role where I can apply screening expertise, access-control skills, and strong de-escalation and customer-service abilities to improve safety and service.

I am a security and customer-service professional with extensive frontline experience in access control, passenger screening, and customer-facing roles across transportation and private security environments.

At the Department of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration) I perform passport and boarding-pass verification, ID checks, x-ray screening, pat-downs, and high-risk alarm resolution, applying strict protocol and attention to detail.

Previously I supervised security staff at the Department of Motor Vehicles, managed CCTV patrols and site-specific vulnerabilities at Allied Universal, and delivered consistent customer service as a reservation representative for American Airlines and as a concierge.
