I've built and scaled people operations across organizations including Zola, Merlyn Mind, Influenster, CIC, KIPP NYC, and Rochester Riverside Convention Center. I lead full-cycle HR operations, workforce planning, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and labor relations while partnering directly with executive leadership.
At Zola, I led people and DEIB initiatives, supported Tech, Product, and Product Design teams, and helped implement a hybrid strategy for approximately 300 employees across New York City and Montreal that achieved 85%+ employee satisfaction. I've also built startup HR infrastructure across multi-state workforces, managed M&A due diligence and data migration, and received Zola's peer-nominated Mentorship Award for fostering an inclusive workplace.
