At Santos Switch Gear Company, I assist customers with product information, inquiries, and purchases. I contact customers by phone to introduce products, explain available options, and answer questions.

I also support sales transactions, payment processing, and customer record-keeping while helping address customer concerns.

At Exclusive Homes, I supported daily administrative activities and maintained organized records. I also assisted with customer communication and routine office tasks.

I'm interested in cold calling and appointment setting, and I'm eager to engage prospects, qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments. I'm willing to learn new CRM platforms and sales tools.
