I'm currently supporting Easyjet by gathering and documenting business and functional requirements with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA testers, and project managers. I create requirements documents, user story templates, process flows, decision logs, and trackers that keep delivery aligned.

Previously at Infos Tech, I supported senior business analysts with requirements gathering, current- and future-state workflow documentation, traceability, and Agile ceremonies. I helped refine backlogs, clarify business rules, review defects, and validate expected testing results.

At Holy Cross Hospital, I gathered and analyzed patient feedback to identify experience gaps, delays, and confusing processes. I presented improvement recommendations to hospital directors and leadership while serving as a liaison between patients and decision-makers.

I enjoy turning stakeholder needs and process insights into actionable documentation, acceptance criteria, and practical improvements that reduce manual work and support business goals.
