I'm seeking a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role focused on analytics and product optimization, where I can translate business needs into actionable requirements, support product releases, and use data to improve systems.

At Lineage Logistics, I translated business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs that helped guide product releases and product direction.

I conducted UAT and regression testing, created test plans, tracked defects, and delivered product demos that explained feature value to stakeholders and customers.
