What I'm looking for

I'm looking to turn complex business and marketplace data into clear requirements, tested product improvements, and reliable customer experiences alongside collaborative Product and Engineering teams.

At Factumsoft, I gather requirements and acceptance criteria for Marketplace opportunities, configure commerce content, and lead UAT and end-to-end testing with AI-assisted tooling. I work with Product and Engineering to define features, prioritize backlogs, resolve customer-impacting issues, and prepare teams for market releases.
