My career focus is quality assurance, software testing, test automation, API testing, performance testing, and billing domain QA.

At Evergent Technologies Private Limited, I developed and maintained regression and smoke automation scripts using a Hybrid Framework. I also created JMeter automation test suites for performance and high-level testing requirements.

I tested RESTful web applications and supported customer billing and payment workflows, including invoice generation and prepaid billing scenarios. My work also covered promotions, coupons, pricing configuration, CRM workflows, and broadband-device shipments.
