What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can solve billing, payments, and service questions over the phone or at the register, support customers with clear next steps, and work in a team that values professionalism, calm problem-solving, and accuracy.

I’m a customer-focused payments and compliance professional, known for handling money accurately, restocking and keeping work areas clean, and listening carefully to customers. I bring attentive, detail-oriented service to every interaction—whether I’m processing transactions or helping someone find the right next step.

In my most recent role as an Account Associate, I answered phone calls, reviewed bills and charges, helped customers set up payment arrangements, and supported them with the T-mobile app. I also helped customers choose rate plans and devices that fit their needs, using systems like C2 to locate promos and steps, and coordinating with retail reps to cancel lines or change plans when errors occurred.
