Valentina Calderón Andrade

I’m a Business Administration student with hands-on administrative back-office experience, focused on accuracy, process control, and continuous learning. I bring knowledge in basic accounting, business administration, and corporate policies, along with a committed, proactive, and organized work style.

During my internship at Indra Colombia SAS, I performed plan reconfigurations in the Siebel platform by updating client data and generating service installation orders. I monitored and closed service requests through internal reports, ensuring correct execution and supporting administrative tasks such as validating payment receipts by region and day and consolidating information in Excel.

I also supported financial tracking by reporting returns, following up on cash differences, and coordinating with supervisors to maintain reliable records. I manage document handling and customer-facing process support, and I’m comfortable preparing delivery reports and coordinating document collections for accounting reporting while keeping strong communication and teamwork.
