At Highbrow Technology Inc., I perform Japanese-language tasks for AI/LLM-related projects. I support AI training and language-data workflows through voice annotation and data labeling.

I review and annotate Japanese-language content according to project guidelines and quality standards, applying linguistic and cultural knowledge to ensure accuracy and consistency.

At Teleperformance, I provided support to Japanese-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and technical incidents. I managed customer cases using internal tools and CRM systems and followed up until resolution.

On my Clinical Record Management System project at UTP, I designed a Java desktop application for patient data management. I used a HashMap to index records by DNI and implemented Regex validation for critical fields.
