In my current role as a Project Manager at CP India Test Systems Pvt Ltd, I manage 3+ concurrent cross-functional projects while maintaining governance reporting, delivery timelines, and centralized project visibility. I maintain governance dashboards and centralized project trackers that support 10+ stakeholders with status reporting, improved execution transparency, and faster decision-making.

I also strengthen execution continuity by running structured project reviews, monitoring delivery risks and dependencies, and coordinating across business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and customers to keep milestones aligned with business priorities. I provide PMO operations support through executive project updates and documentation that improves leadership visibility.

Earlier, at Bisineer Engineering India Pvt Ltd as a Sales & Project Engineer, I coordinated project execution activities across engineering, business, client, and vendor teams to support timely delivery. I supported customer engagement and business development through proactive communication, and I managed vendor coordination and delivery tracking to support cost optimization and project timelines, including the successful BEML Project delivered on time and approximately $2.5M under budget.
