At Reliance Jio Platforms, I designed and led the deployment of highly scalable IoT and surveillance systems across India, directing a 20-member engineering team responsible for integration and platform scalability. My efforts in migrating over 150,000 CCTV cameras to Jio Cloud significantly improved performance and load-balancing issues. I am passionate about mentoring new engineers and establishing best practices to foster growth and efficiency within my teams.
