I’m a senior procurement professional with more than 15 years of experience in global and local organizations, leading CAPEX, OPEX, direct and indirect sourcing. I focus on strategic sourcing and negotiation to deliver measurable value across automotive, industrial, retail, and manufacturing environments.
In my current role as Purchasing Leader at AUSUS Automotive Systems, I lead domestic and international procurement for direct materials, indirects, MRO, CAPEX, and services, managing an annual spend of BRL 80M. I define and deploy purchasing strategies aligned with executive management and lead supplier crisis management related to financial, logistics, and quality issues.
Previously, at ATACADÃO S/A, I served as Category Purchasing Leader, leading the CAPEX category for carbon and stainless steel equipment with annual spend of BRL 150M.
