I specialize in direct materials, managing a portfolio of BRL 60M+ in annual spend across 21 categories, including power modules (IGBTs), contactors and circuit breakers, wiring harnesses, UPS systems, sensors, packaging, and fasteners. Over the last three fiscal years, I delivered BRL 4.1M (≈ €700K) in annualized savings, averaging 5.9% of negotiated spend.
My work covers end-to-end sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP, bids, and contract negotiation), supplier development and performance management, cost and TCO analysis, and import coordination with international logistics partners and customs brokers. I have experience with both domestic and international suppliers and work hands-on with SAP MM and Excel.
Earlier in my career, I worked with chemicals and additives, and I recently completed a collapsible packaging project. I am currently pursuing an MBA in International Business Strategy to deepen my global supply chain perspective.

- Supported procurement activities, including follow-up with suppliers of production and indirect materials;
- Quoted and coordinated import and freight processes with international logistics partners and customs brokers, contributing to cost savings on raw material imports;
- Supported SAP transactions for the external plant/site.
