Vadim Tsoi

I've provided live chat support at Pin Global, resolving routine and complex customer requests while maintaining response-speed and service-quality KPIs.

I handled promotions, bonuses, account deposits, withdrawal requests, and account access according to internal security procedures. I worked with Slack, CRM systems, and internal account-management tools to reduce customer dissatisfaction.

In remote English tutoring at Alien Language Club, I manage virtual classrooms, resolve online-platform issues, and adapt communication to individual needs. My recruitment work at J&L Tech also strengthened my ability to support international candidates across email, chat, and phone.

I'm developing my technical support foundation through Golang, APIs, SQL, Git, Docker, and backend development training. I bring C1 English, international experience in South Korea and Georgia, and comfort collaborating remotely across time zones.
