I’m looking for roles where I can lead engineering teams, own architecture end-to-end, and build cloud-native, enterprise systems using Node/NestJS and React—while driving quality, delivery speed, and CI/CD improvements (open to remote).

I’m a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years building enterprise-scale systems across healthcare, fintech, and real estate. I’m at my best owning technical architecture end-to-end—from API design to CI/CD pipelines—while keeping quality standards high.

I’ve led teams from 3 to 17 engineers, delivering complex projects ahead of schedule. At Kandasoft, I led a CRM experience team across 5+ subdomain teams, was promoted to team lead within 2 months, and helped deliver a cancer-research analytics platform in 6 months (from a 12-month estimate).

As a Lead Software Engineer & CTO at Digital Threads, I scaled the organization from 7 to 17 engineers in 6 months by co-designing engineering quality guidelines and delivery processes, improving both speed and quality enough to earn promotion to CTO. Earlier, as backend lead at Lionix Team, modular architecture and TDD helped the team scale and consistently outperform on delivery speed and stability, including HIPAA-aware work for a patient anamnesis system.
